Growmify offers customized web design, digital marketing, and CRM services designed to empower your business growth. This policy outlines the process for canceling your Growmify service agreement.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your Growmify service agreement, please contact our support team within 14 days of your service start date. You can reach us by:

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. 

You will continue to have access to all Growmify services until then.

Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our services and immediate access granted upon signup, Growmify generally does not offer refunds for cancellations after the 14-day window or for completed and approved projects.

Exceptions:

  • Project Cancellation Before Work Begins: A full refund will be issued if you cancel a project before any work commences.
